About the Recipe

This recipe is so easy and so delicious, it’s just as if you got it delivered from an expensive restaurant (I won’t tell if you won’t!). Make some coconut brown rice in the instant pot, steam some asparagus or snow peas (or whichever vegetable you like), and you have a healthy, delicious dinner your family will love in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

¼ cup honey

¼ cup white miso

¼ cup soy sauce

3 grated garlic cloves

6 - 6oz salmon filets

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except for the salmon in a bowl.  Take out 3 Tbsp or so and set to the side.  Place the salmon in the marinade for 10 minutes (if you have time).  You can get your veggies ready while the salmon is marinating.  Heat a skillet or get the grill going.  Once it’s hot, add a little oil and place in the salmon fillets skin-side down.  Let cook for around 5-6 minutes, then flip over to the other side.  If the salmon is done, it shouldn’t stick when you flip it.  Cook the salmon to your liking (I love mine medium rare).  Put your salmon on a plate with your veggies and coconut brown rice or other side that you love.  Spoon the reserved marinade over the salmon.  Enjoy!
